
Isaah LangJUNIOR VARSITY COACH Coach Isaah Lang is a graduate of Atwood High School, Atwood, Kansas. He was a 3 year varsity letterman in Football and a 2 year letterman in Basketball. Coach Lang attended Fort Hays State University and received his Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education and an endorsement in Middle School Mathematics. After graduating from FHSU, he started teaching at Dighton Jr/Sr High School. At Dighton, he was an assistant football coach for 5 years, basketball assistant for 2 years and head coach for 3 years. Coach Lang was also the head golf coach for 4 years. This is his first year in the Maize School District. He teaches algebra and pre-algebra at Maize South Middle School. Coach Lang was an assistant 7th grade football coach at MSMS and the freshman girl's basketball coach. This is his first year helping out with the baseball team. |
Chad ChristensenJUNIOR VARSITY COACH Coach Chad Christensen is an Arizona native, who graduated from Mingus Union High School in Cottonwood, Arizona. He spent one year at Northern Arizona University before transferring to Tabor College, Hillsboro, Kansas, to play baseball. While at Tabor, Christensen helped the team become three-time conference champions (1993-95). Coach Christensen has taught in the Maize School District for eleven years and has coached baseball ten of those eleven years. One of his greatest experiences was being a part of the 2003 State Championship Team. Coach Christensen completed his tenth year coaching the eighth grade football squad and his eleventh year coaching the seventh grade basketball team. He and his wife Audra have two daughters, Paige and Leah. |
